The custom fee is a flat fee for any customization. Whether it's tip diameter, joint or both, the fee is a flat $25.00. Orders will not be processed if a custom parameter is selected without adding the $25.00 custom fee.   • Lifetime Warranty

    Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser/owner of the cue and must be purchased from an authorized ProQure dealer. ProQure warrants its pool shafts to be free of defects in material and workmanship, including warpage, for as long as the product is owned by the original purchaser/owner. ProQure does not warrant its product against:

    • normal wear and tear including tip and finish
    • misuse, abuse or mishandling
    • modification or improper maintenance 
    • damage caused by exposure to extreme temperature or humidity

    All warranty claims must include the shaft and are subject to evaluation at our facility prior to approval. To obtain warranty service on a ProQure product, return the product to an authorized ProQure dealer or directly to ProQure along with a copy of your original sales receipt
